Rock of Ages - Rehearsal log - 11/9/23

Image
Week Starting - 11/9/23 13/9/23 - Just Like Paradise/nothin' but a good time Having started rehearsals on Wednesday the 6th, we have been able to rehearse and learn the harmonies for the majority of the songs within the first act of Rock of Ages. One of the songs which we spent the most time on was the opening which is a mashup of the two songs "Just Like Paradise" and "Nothin' But a Good Time", this gave us a good amount of confidence when it came to setting this piece as it was one of the ones that we had rehearsed the most so far. However despite this, I do feel that I still need to improve on my singing of harmonies while performing movements or scenes. This was also some one of our first rehearsals after our auditions and being given our parts, as a result this was one of my first times performing my character, Drew's, vocal parts.   ------
